PSA Peugeot, Citroen & Mitsubishi mid-sized SUV production launched (RU)

PSA Peugeot-Citroen and Mitsubishi have started production of their mid-sized SUV’s – 4007, C-Crosser & Outlander – for the Russian car market.

The Kaluga plant, located around 110 miles south-west Moscow, began production of the Peugeot 308 in April and of the Citroen C4 in July.

PSA and Mitsubishi have spent over $600 million on the Russian plant, which will be fully operational by 2012.
