New Mercedes МКВ Р1000
Only automobile world has taken breath from occurrence 800 h.p. monster Brabus T65 RS constructed on modular base of coupe Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series as in the auto world appears even more extreme car. This time little-known tuning studio MKV has decided to shock automobile public. Germans have decided to throw down a challenge to colleagues from Brabus and to transform Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series into the real hyperpenalties which have received speaking name Mercedes MKV Р1000.
It is no wonder that the basic attention has been given to 6-liter, 12-cylinders engine. The motor have supplied with more productive turbo compressors, the new air filters, the processed system of cooling and the changed program of the control package of the engine. The result has turned out rather impressing – henceforth the motor develops 1015 h.p. and 1300 Nm twisting moment which is limited by electronics. Usual Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series has only 660 h.p. and 1000 Nm.
First hundred MKV Р1000 submits for 3,6 sec, the second – for 8,9 and 300 km/h mark is overcome for 21,5 sec. The maximum speed is 370 km/h that on 50 km/h it more than at Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series and on 40 km/h more than at Brabus T65 RS. Certainly, it was necessary to modernize a five-step automatic transmission, and to recustomize a suspender and the braking system.
Cost of a similar bleeding to the potential customer is 116 800 euros. Rather immodestly, considering the price of Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series which is $320 000. However, possessing more modest dynamic characteristics Brabus T65 RS costs even more expensively so МКВ can count on occurrence of pair-three clients which won't regret money for transformation Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series in the king of speed. Germans accept orders already now and in three months are ready to give to the client extreme hyperpenalties with which only few people can contend on a road.
